Fields behind the RSSKL (16th July)

A long walk around the fields behind the RSSKL with Theo on Saturday turned up 1 Red Kite, 1 Buzzard and 1 Little Owl (at Topcommon), it appeared to be a juvenile bird but given that I only had some low magnification bins with me and it was rather distant I could not confirm this.  Several butterflies were also out, despite the heavy showers.  Including my first Gatekeeper of the year, 3+ Ringlets and 4+ Meadow Browns.
